Description
Dark to pale green leaves encase whiter leaves toward the center of this spherical vegetable. Green cabbage is an excellent source of Vitamin C, but cutting the leaves of any cabbage will decrease the nutrients. Serve it raw in salad, braised, boiled, stir-fried or as a wrap for meat.
