Arugula

Description

Arugula has a pungent, peppery and slightly smoky taste that complements such Mediterranean foods as olives, garlic, tomatoes, peppers and olive oil. Also known as rocket or roquette, this Mediterranean salad plant is a member of the mustard family and a relative of the radish. Arugula needs to be refrigerated or it will turn yellow.
