1 seedless red or golden watermelon
Cheesecloth or linen table napkin
Scoop flesh from melon and blend until smooth. Place cloth in strainer over non-reactive (not stainless steel) storage receptacle.
Pour melon puree into cloth and allow to strain out, twisting and squeezing pulp in cloth to expedite straining process. Repeat until desired amount of watermelon water in produces. Chill and serve in a martini glass.
