This round, knobby brown root has white flesh with intense celery flavor. A desireable celery root is no larger than a softball. Popular in France and the Ratto Bros.’ native Italy, celery root is eaten raw or cooked as a complement to potatoes. Celery Root is a good source of Vitamin C.
